Get ready for the magical 2025 Lantern Spectacular, a half-mile procession of candle-lit paper and willow lanterns winding through the streets to light up the night.

Don’t miss the owl, the polar bear, the dragon and the giant gingerbread men…..

The festivities don’t stop there… street entertainment will fill the night, including a dazzling live act inside a giant snow globe, shops are open late, Santa’s grotto in the Greenman, market stalls on Shrovetide Walk and Horse & Jockey Yard, yummy street food, charity stalls on St John Street and a craft fair in the Town Hall.

Free parking in town car parks from 2pm, so come early to shop, dine, and enjoy Ashbourne’s festive magic!
